Winter Carrots

We've had a rather warm winter so far which led me to believe that today might be a good day to pick the last of my carrots.

There was no snow and the ground was only just a bit frozen. I found my nephews play shovel and dug up these beauties.

Ah, my winter carrots! I'm still enjoying my garden in January!
