Applesauce

I found myself with a fair number of apples recently.

About 6 lbs, actually.

I quartered 'em, added cinnamon, and cooked 'em in the slow cooker.

About 2 hours later I had 8 cups of applesauce!

I froze 2 cups per baggie and can now enjoy applesauce all winter! The work is already done!
